1 teaspoon chili oil, 1/2 cup green beans, 1 tablespoon minced ginger, 1 small clove garlic, minced, 3 eggs, 1 tablespoon chopped chives, or green onions, 1/4 teaspoon coriander, pepper to taste. Heat the oil in a small skillet. Add the green beans, saute for 2 minutes. Add the ginger and garlic, plus or onions and coriander. Mix well, then return to the skillet. Cook until the eggs set. Served with ground pepper.
